Description
The Burr Oak State Park Backpack Trail is a moderate 22 mile path that loops around Burr Oak Lake. There are three camp areas on the route operated by the State Park and a couple spots where a short detour leads to camping options within Wayne National Forest. Scenery is good including views of the lake as well as rock outcrops and some small caves.
